MERLD did not find us. We had to find it through a series of "connecting the dots" until we were finally able to form the "big picture" which spelled out MERLD (an acronym for Mixed Expressive Receptive Language Disorder.) This blog is dedicated to our son, Dylan, our journey to his MERLD diagnosis, and how we are helping him navigate through this challenging disorder.
